TIL7902 "Jack Berry"
14/09/2016-this afternoon, myself and DNC had the privilege of presenting 202, now proudly carrying the name "Jack Berry", to Jack Berry himself!..
Jack saved this Mercedes, along with 441, for future generations to enjoy, thus keeping more Black Prince history in working order. As the latest in our fleet of preserved former Black Prince buses to emerge from the paintshop, a trip to show off 202 to Mr and Mrs Berry was a must!.
TIL7902 is shown gleaming in it's own unique version of the red and yellow fleet livery, inspired by original owner, Tillingbourne, Cranleigh, the blue fleet numbers above the cab and door being a nod to the original owner of the bus.
Thank you Jack, may we have many exciting excursions to look forward to in our super red and yellow machines!. A huge thanks to everybody, especially Kevin and Marie in the paintshop, involved in the push to have 202 ready to present at Showbus Donington Park 2016-another very proud day today!.
