Black Prince operated buses and coaches from 1969 until 2005, with the fleet being based latterly in Fountain Street, Morley, West Yorkshire.

 

The aim of this website, is to promote awareness of and encourage interest in the history of the Black Prince bus company, providing information about events featuring former Black Prince buses or routes.

 

In addition, the internet is a great tool to illustrate the work involved with preserving the history of the company and to show progress with vehicle restoration.

 

The late, much missed, Brian and Sheila Crowther and family, successfully put Morley on the public transport map, both locally and nationally.
